Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with 8-10 years of tax controversy experience to join their Tax Controversy & Litigation Practice. This role can be based in Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax court litigation procedures, tax disputes, audits, and appeals, along with federal income and estate/gift tax issues. Preferred qualifications include a degree in accounting, CPA license, LL.M. in Tax, or relevant government experience. Candidates must have excellent academic and employment credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Admission to practice in at least one state is required, with a preference for Georgia, Texas, or Pennsylvania.
