Description
Our client is seeking a tax associate to join their Corporate practice group in any of their offices located across the United States. Candidates should have at least two years of law firm experience in U.S. federal income tax matters and will be involved in working on cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams. Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills are required. The Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
