Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level tax credit finance associate or counsel with over 7 years of law firm experience to join their nationally recognized Tax Credit Finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in historic and renewable energy tax credits, with the ability to manage all aspects of tax credit transactions, including initial structuring, financial projections, and negotiation of business and legal issues. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating tax equity and loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing project management. A strong academic background with a J.D. from a nationally recognized law school is required. This position is available in Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; or Orlando, FL.
