Description
Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience in structuring M&A transactions to join any of their U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in tax equity financings for renewable energy projects and tax credit transfer transactions. Exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and admission to practice in the relevant location are required. This position is available in multiple U.S. office locations, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
