Description
Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of substantial transactional experience in tax equity financing and tax credit purchase agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and preparing equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, and tax credit purchase agreements, along with other related documents. Additionally, significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements, such as offtake, EPC, supply contracts, and O&M services, is required.
