Our client is seeking a candidate for a counsel position to support its tax-exempt organization practice, with opportunities to work from offices in Charlotte, Charlottesville, Chicago, Richmond, Tysons, or Washington, D.C. The role involves providing legal and financial assistance in areas such as business tax, employee benefits, executive compensation, and private wealth services. The team includes experienced partners who have shaped relevant laws and policies, representing a diverse clientele in tax audits and before various tax authorities and courts. The private wealth services team addresses the unique needs of high-net-worth clients globally, focusing on estate planning, gift and estate tax law, and family business succession.
