Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an experienced associate or junior partner with expertise in transactional tax to join their Corporate and Securities Practice Group. The role involves advising clients on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund formations, investments, and tax structuring. Applicants should have at least 5 years of law firm experience handling complex U.S. and international tax law matters, outstanding academic credentials, and excellent oral and written communication skills. A LL.M. in Tax is preferred. Candidates must be licensed in their jurisdiction or able to become licensed promptly.
