Description
Our client seeks a Mid-Level Tax Associate for its Tax Planning and Transactions practice. This role involves advising companies on and assisting in the implementation of complex cross-border transactions, as well as drafting memoranda and opinions on current, complex US tax issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax issues, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and be able to collaborate with colleagues across different practice groups and countries.
