The position is available in multiple locations including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., and California. The ideal candidate will possess transactional tax experience in fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, income tax treaties, and cross-border transactions. Applicants should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
