Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Tax Transactional Associate (3rd to 6th year) with expertise in the taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions. The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, fund formation, and financing transactions. The ideal candidate will possess stellar academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Major law firm experience is preferred. While the primary locations are Chicago, Dallas, and New York, candidates for other offices will also be considered.
