Description
Our client is seeking a senior patent litigation attorney to join their Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group in Los Angeles. This group consists of approximately 100 attorneys who provide comprehensive advice on patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, trade secrets, and related issues. The Patent Litigation team is known for its trial and appellate expertise, strategic approaches, and technological knowledge, representing clients in cutting-edge technology sectors. Ideal candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, district court patent litigation, and/or ITC proceedings, along with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Familiarity with source code is preferred, and candidates must have excellent academic credentials and references. A current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
