TECHNICAL ADVISOR PATENT AGENT (2298)
Description
Our client is seeking a Technical Advisor or Patent Agent with 2-5 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, Patent Development and Strategy Subgroup in Boston, Philadelphia, Palo Alto, Pittsburgh, or Seattle. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, with additional experience in litigation, opinions, licensing, patent due diligence, and/or trademarks being preferred but not required. A degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Mechanical Engineering (ME) is essential, along with registration with the USPTO. Responsibilities include drafting patent applications and responses to USPTO office actions, working closely with attorneys, and providing technical support for various projects.
