Description
Our client is seeking a smart, imaginative, and hard-working Midlevel Associate to join their Intellectual Property (IP) practice in the Technology Transactions and Data Protection group in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have one to four years of transactional experience with a strong understanding of IP and product development. This role involves working closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring, and requires experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to product development, licensing, manufacturing, and more. Additional experience in advising on IP protection, regulatory compliance, and data protection is advantageous. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic contributor to the firm and office culture, with a collaborative work approach.
