Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with exceptional credentials and qualifications to join their leading Technology & IP Transactions group. The positions are open in multiple locations including New York, Chicago, the Bay Area, and Salt Lake City. The ideal candidates should have four to six years of experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience. The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of domestic and international transactions for public and private companies across various industries such as software, pharma and life sciences, consumer products, and media and entertainment. The scope of work includes mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, collaboration agreements, licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases), and other commercial agreements.
