Description
Our client is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join their leading Technology & IP Transactions group in Salt Lake City. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience in technology and IP-intensive transactions or related fields. The role involves working on a diverse array of transactions, both domestic and international, for public and private companies across industries such as software, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, energy, infrastructure, chemicals, consumer products, and media. Responsibilities include handling mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, and various commercial agreements. A technical degree is not required.
