Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their expanding technology transactions practice. Candidates can be based in any of their California offices, with a preference for Palo Alto or San Diego. The role involves supporting a broad range of transactions, including M&A, and drafting various commercial and technology agreements. The position offers exposure to multiple industries and firm-wide deals, with close mentoring from senior attorneys and partners. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, a technical degree, and experience in technology transactions. Additional experience in life sciences transactions and patents is preferred.
