Our client is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate for their Technology Transactions group, requiring 4-6 years of experience in commercial matters involving intellectual property. The role includes responsibilities such as licensing, trade secret protection, privacy, and drafting various service agreements. Candidates should also have substantial experience in evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs, private equity, and debt finance.
