Our client, a nationally recognized technology transactions team, is seeking an experienced attorney with 6+ years of transactional and licensing experience to join their dynamic group. This role involves working with innovative life sciences companies, including those in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital health, diagnostics, and discovery tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in life sciences, superior academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. A background in biological sciences, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy, or business is advantageous. The position offers the opportunity to work from any office, with a preference for the Salt Lake City location.
