Description
Our client is seeking a smart, imaginative, and hard-working Midlevel Associate to join their Intellectual Property (IP) practice in the Technology Transactions and Sourcing group at their Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial transactions with a strong understanding of technology and intellectual property. Responsibilities include product development and licensing, supply chain and logistics, marketing and advertising issues, and experience with hardware and software, SaaS, AI, data privacy, and technology acquisition. Candidates should have direct experience drafting and negotiating agreements, including licensing agreements, and additional experience in mobile technology, telecommunications, and regulatory compliance is a plus. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic contributor to the firm’s culture, with a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
