Description
Our client is seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience to join their Technology Transactions Group, focusing on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. The role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, including licenses, services, development, distribution, and partnerships, as well as handling intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and financings. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a keen interest in technology companies and a desire to contribute to a dynamic national practice group. While a technical or science background is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess experience in intellectual property transactions, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. Preferred locations include Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Boston, or Washington, D.C.
