Description
Our client is seeking experienced attorneys with over 7 years of expertise to join their Technology Transactions Group, focusing on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies. The role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements such as licenses, services, development, distribution, and partnerships. Additionally, the position includes working on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a strong interest in technology companies and a desire to contribute to a dynamic national practice group. The ideal candidate should have a background in intellectual property transactions, superior academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. While a technical or science background is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position is preferably based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle, but other locations may be considered.
