Our client handles complex, innovative technology transactions for prominent life sciences and technology companies globally. They are seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience in licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering transactions for their expanding life sciences technology transactions practice. Ideal candidates will have substantial law firm experience representing biotech and pharmaceutical companies in licensing patents and collaborating on novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics, and digital health technologies through clinical trials and regulatory approval. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with founders on cutting-edge technologies and negotiate complex commercial transactions. Superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and NY Bar admission (or eligibility) are required.
