Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney with 3 to 4 years of experience to join their telecommunications practice, which focuses on Satellite, Internet, Wireless, and International matters. The role involves legal research, writing, and counseling clients on various matters including electronic commerce, telecom industry, merger approval, satellite licensing and regulation, net neutrality, programming disputes, terrestrial spectrum licensing, electronic surveillance law, and privacy and data protection. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory matters, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. Candidates who can assume immediate responsibility and work as an integral part of a high-performing and collaborative team are preferred. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active Bar membership in good standing in DC is required.
