Description
Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer with six or more years of relevant experience to join their Telecommunications and Media practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory matters involving telecommunications, media, and FCC issues, including experience with FCC and state regulatory proceedings. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, and experience with FCC enforcement or transactional matters is preferred. An interest or background in national security or surveillance issues is advantageous. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, law firm experience, and be admitted to the DC Bar.
