Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their international trade practice in Washington, DC. The team provides representation for importers and exporters across various industries, including consumer products, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in advising clients on economic sanctions, export controls, and/or transactions involving the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Applicants should be self-starters capable of working independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Admission or eligibility for prompt admission to the District of Columbia Bar is required.
