Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level associate to join their International Trade Commission Section 337 Litigation and Trade Remedies Practice Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong academic background, solid law firm experience, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Applicants should have over six years of experience in regulatory trade issues, either in government or the private sector, and be knowledgeable in export controls, economic sanctions, strategic competition, and supply chain issues. Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, critical minerals, materials, and energy is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to support and grow the national practice. A JD and active DC bar admission are required.
