Description
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 7 years in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join their esteemed Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret cases, including handling motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, and possessing strong deposition and discovery skills, particularly in computer forensics and e-discovery. Proficiency in drafting temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and complaints for both federal and state courts is essential. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Admission to practice in California and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required.
