Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking associates with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, as well as counsel or other attorneys with more experience. The ideal candidate will have strong deal experience in a sophisticated corporate law firm setting, focusing on areas such as US and cross-border trade finance, supply chain finance, commodity finance, receivables monetization, trade receivables securitization, and asset-based lending. The firm operates as a coordinated global team with members in various international locations. This position offers the opportunity to become a key member of a successful and rapidly growing product team. Candidates with a solid background in finance are preferred, but those without direct experience will also be considered, provided they have strong law school academic credentials and relevant law firm and transaction experience.
