Our client’s renowned Trademark Group is seeking an associate with two to five years of trademark experience to join their team. Ideal candidates should have expertise in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and both domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is advantageous. Superior writing and communication skills are essential, and foreign language skills are highly valued. The role requires appreciation for a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values all personality types and encourages authentic contributions to client service standards. The firm is dedicated to providing practical, business-oriented client service to a diverse clientele, from start-ups to publicly traded companies. References will be required.
