Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced trademark lawyer to join their Trademarks, Copyrights, Privacy and IP Transactions Practice Group based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of active practice as a trademark lawyer, with specific experience in trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement action. Additional experience in copyright and/or advertising matters would be beneficial. Candidates must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed in North Carolina. The role requires strong analytical and organizational abilities, exceptional written and oral communication skills, a desire to work within a close-knit team, and excellent academic credentials.
