Description
Our client is seeking highly skilled and motivated associates with two to four years of experience to join their dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice in any of their U.S. offices. The majority of the team is based in Southern California, the Bay Area, and the East Coast. Candidates should have experience focusing on non-patent areas such as trademark and copyright law, with a strong background in managing trademark and copyright portfolios, advising on brand protection strategies, and handling related legal proceedings. The role involves staying up-to-date with changes in IP laws and regulations, and developing strategies to enhance the IP portfolio in alignment with business objectives. Candidates must possess excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work independently, and strong advocacy abilities. Strong academic credentials, entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a strong work ethic are required. A bachelor’s or higher degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
