Our client, a prestigious law firm known for its expertise in the energy, infrastructure, finance, and technology sectors, is seeking a counsel to join their Technology section in either their Houston or Austin office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive trademark experience, preferably within the energy, high-tech, or real estate industries. Additional experience in intellectual property areas such as licensing, technology transactions, diligence, copyrights, opinions, and non-disclosure agreements is also preferred. Applicants must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with a preference for Texas.
