Description
Our client seeks an experienced trademark lawyer to join its Trademarks, Copyrights, Privacy, and IP Transactions Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of active practice in trademark law, including trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement actions. Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters is also valuable. Candidates must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed in North Carolina and should possess strong analytical and organizational abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills, a desire to work within a close-knit team, and excellent academic credentials.
