Our client, a leading intellectual property firm, is seeking a trademark and copyright associate for their Boston or New York offices. The firm fosters a creative, respectful, and inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages innovation. The successful candidate will work with nationally recognized attorneys to protect brands across various industries, providing strategic counsel to clients on prosecution, enforcement, litigation, licensing, and advertising. Applicants should have 3-5 years of trademark and/or copyright litigation experience, including TTAB proceedings, enforcement and takedown matters related to IP on social media platforms, and experience in trademark and/or copyright counseling and USPTO matters. Superior writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and an active membership in the state bar with compliance to CLE requirements are also necessary.
