Our client is seeking a skilled associate with over 2 years of experience to join their trademark team, with opportunities available in San Francisco, San Diego, or New York. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, including conducting domestic and international trademark clearance searches, and managing trademark prosecution and enforcement tasks. Responsibilities include conducting and evaluating U.S. and global trademark clearance searches, drafting office action responses, counseling on Madrid Protocol filings, and handling enforcement investigations. The role also involves drafting trademark, copyright, and NIL licenses, managing domain name enforcement, and providing support on trademark, copyright, and domain matters in corporate transactions.
