Description
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified professional track/staff trademark associate to join its Advertising & Brand Protection practice group in Washington, D.C. This full-time, non-promotion track attorney position requires a minimum of 5 years of extensive domestic and international trademark prosecution experience, with 10+ years preferred. Candidates should have significant experience in trademark portfolio management, reviewing trademark search reports, preparing clearance opinions, monitoring watch notices, and handling enforcement actions including oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Additional responsibilities include managing international trademark matters, communicating with foreign practitioners, and handling trademark licensing and due diligence projects. Excellent academic and professional credentials, along with highly developed writing, analytical, and communication skills, are essential. Membership in the D.C.
