Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified professional track/staff trademark associate to join its Advertising & Brand Protection practice group in Orange County, CA. This full-time attorney position requires a minimum of 5 years of extensive domestic and international trademark prosecution experience, with 10+ years preferred. Candidates should have substantial experience in trademark portfolio management, reviewing search reports, preparing clearance opinions, monitoring watch notices, and handling enforcement actions, including oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Proficiency in managing international trademark matters, licensing, and due diligence projects is essential. Excellent academic and professional credentials, along with highly developed writing, analytical, and communication skills, are required. Candidates must be members of the California Bar.
