Description
Our client, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified professional track/staff trademark associate to join its Advertising & Brand Protection practice group in New York, NY. This full-time, non-promotion track attorney position requires a minimum of 5 years of extensive domestic and international trademark prosecution experience, with 10+ years preferred. Candidates should have substantial experience in trademark portfolio management, reviewing trademark search reports, monitoring trademark watch notices, and handling enforcement actions including oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Proficiency in managing international trademark matters, trademark licensing, and due diligence projects is essential. Excellent academic and professional credentials, along with highly developed writing, analytical, and communication skills, are required. Candidates must be members of the New York Bar.
