Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate with over 7 years of traditional labor experience for their Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration. Experience with defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with a background in employment litigation and some labor experience will also be considered. The role requires excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively. Admission to the Colorado Bar is mandatory.
