Description
Our client, a multinational firm committed to a hybrid work from home model, is seeking a mid-level transactional associate to join their Austin-based and market-leading corporate group. This associate would primarily work on M&A and/or private equity transactions. Candidates should have three to four years of relevant experience from a prestigious law firm, including M&A counseling experience handlings buyers, sellers, and private equity firms. The ideal applicant will have previous experience managing various stages of M&A deals as well. A focus in either strategic or private equity M&A is acceptable without necessarily being experienced in both.
