Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with four or more years of transactional experience to join their esteemed Financial Services group. The role requires academically distinguished candidates with excellent writing, analytical skills, and sound judgment to engage in a dynamic and diverse transactional practice. The focus will be on financing transportation assets such as vessels, corporate aircraft, and rolling stock, alongside a variety of lending and leasing transactions, including equipment leasing, asset-based lending, and structured finance. Responsibilities include drafting, structuring, negotiating, and closing various transactional documents.
