Description
Our client is seeking a specialized transactional attorney to join a dynamic transactional practice group focused on supporting a major private equity firm. The role involves providing day-to-day transactional support, including the review and negotiation of various legal documents such as Non-Reliance Letters, Engagement Letters, Tax Representation Letters, Compliance Letters, and more. The attorney will also assist with processing Credit Vendor NDAs and support the Operations and Paralegal teams with the medallion guarantee process for stock powers. Candidates must hold a JD and have at least three years of recent experience in private practice or relevant in-house practice, with a preference for experience in areas like Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. The position requires the ability to work extended hours, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively. This hybrid role necessitates in-office attendance as per departmental scheduling.
