Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a midlevel tax associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join their Transactional Tax Group in their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate should have experience in international tax planning, including cross-border tax structuring and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Prior experience in a peer law firm or an accounting firm is desirable. The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school. They should also be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
