Description
Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of two years of tax experience or a tax LLM for their Tax practice group. The ideal candidate should have experience with federal income tax matters, including exposure to corporate and partnership taxation, investment funds, and conducting associated research. The role will involve working on various transactional tax matters, such as fund formation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, debt instruments, real estate, REITs, and international transactions.
