Description
Our client is seeking a transactional tax associate with at least 5 years of experience to join their Corporate practice group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., and California. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A transactions within the middle market private equity space, possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. A JD and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction are required, along with direct and applicable experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC.
