Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level transactional tax associate to join their esteemed tax practice in the United States. This role involves advising a diverse clientele on structuring domestic and cross-border investments across various asset classes, private investment offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating related contracts and investment documents. The position requires drafting memoranda and opinions on complex US tax issues. Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of relevant tax experience in areas such as real estate taxation, private equity, partnership tax, joint ventures, and energy-related tax credits.
