Our client is seeking a tax associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in fund formation and asset management for their New York office, with a unique opportunity for a secondment to their London office. The role involves working closely with a US partner based in London and includes periodic travel. Candidates should have expertise in private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds, as well as fund structuring, asset manager compensation, and related tax issues.
