TRANSACTIONS ASSOCIATE (3100)
Description
Our client is seeking a transactional associate to join their Construction group in any of their Ohio offices, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and Dayton. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction agreements. While familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience in real estate development, public procurement, large industrial capital projects, and/or construction claims resolution is considered advantageous. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, a robust work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers.
