Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join their Transactions Practice Group in Dallas. This role involves working on US and international M&A transactions, primarily for middle market and upper middle market companies and private equity firms. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, and securities. Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, be in good standing, and be an active member of the Bar in their jurisdiction, with timely admission to the Texas Bar required.
