The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Texas and possess at least three years of insurance defense experience, specifically with heavy trucking, tractor trailer, and cargo and freight carriers. The role involves extensive involvement in defending the trucking industry, including freight carriers and truck insurers, with responsibilities ranging from drafting and responding to legal documents, arguing motions, to taking and defending depositions. Candidates should have strong writing, analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
